Rob is a business law and real estate attorney with more than 25 years of experience solving complex legal matters for the companies he represents.
From negotiating a national franchise agreement to guiding a local, family-owned company though succession planning, clients rely on Rob’s counsel to protect and grow their business.
A former town attorney and volunteer member of his local Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), Rob draws on personal experience and contacts when navigating clients’ real estate and land use needs.
“I enjoy explaining the law to my clients, then walking them through the process of how things will play out,” Hess explains. “They know I will manage their legal issues, so they can get back to running their business.”
